Wah-Wah

This is just some random "color" text that we found associated with wah-wah pedals. We wanted to keep it because of the reference to Jimi Hendrix's "Summer of Love Sessions" (1967) when he was learning how to use a wah-wah and the fact he used an Ampeg Reverberrocket amp:

SGVMusic History of the Wah-Wah "Very soon after, Frank (Zappa) showed it to Jimi Hendrix. In early July, Jimi went to Manny’s & bought one himself, also from the first batch in from Italy. At the time he was completing the long drawn out song Burning of The Midnight Lamp which was finally finished and mixed on July 20th, 1967. Jimi was also finishing up his commitments and recordings for Ed Chalpin. There are rare Wah Wah tracks of Jimi getting to know the new VOX Clyde McCoy Wah Wah Pedal through an Ampeg Reverberrocket amplifier."
