- We don't remember where we read this (hopefully someone can help us find the reference!), but we do recall that Doug Ingle was asked about what the name of the song "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" was before it had a name. He then related the story that he (Ingle) was so drunk on red wine at the time, that, when asked what the name of this groovy new song was, that he answered "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vita" instead of the intended name, "In The Garden Of Eden". The rest is history.
